Cafe Herman welcomes you to enjoy a very special evening of solo flute and natural wines on Friday the 2nd of July at 22kl.
Two natural wines, a “white” and a red, have been specially selected by Vinosseur to accompany and match this very special musical evening of solo flute performed live by Magdalena Kolodziejczyk of the Krakow Philharmonic Orchestra.
Magdalena graduated from the Academy of Music in Krakow, Poland and continued her musical education in Hochschule fur Musik Freiburg, Germany and Hochschule fur Musik Detmold, Germany, prior to joining the Philharmonic Orchestra in Krakow earlier this year. Her expertise is astounding and should be experienced! We feel lucky to have her play for us live at Cafe Herman.
The two wines we’ll be serving are matched to the evening’s music, ranging from Baroque to Tango, and also need to be experienced. The “white” comes to us from Friuli, Italy and might become your summer favorite. It was just added to the wine list at NOMA in Copenhagen, now rated the best restaurant in the world! The red comes to us from the Southeast of France, and only 90 bottles were imported to Norway. Both wines are natural, meaning they’re made without the use of industrial pesticides, are spontaneously fermented with only wild yeasts and made with little or no added sulfur.
The cover charge for the flute performance of 100kr goes directly to Magdalena.
